Most pre-owned items are freshly laundered using a hypoallergenic detergent before being listed. However, Brand New With Tags (BN) items are left untouched to keep their original tags intact, and certain dry-clean or delicate items are unwashed. Each item's washing status is noted in its description.
We recommend following the manufacturer's care tag instructions. For pre-loved or vintage pieces, a gentle cold cycle and low heat or air drying can help preserve the life of the fabric.
